haha oh by the way, i have not gotten you a present yet. i am very sorry, and this is not a political statement about friendship. i really cant find anything. sorry.
HAPPY SILVER ANNIVERSARY, MR & MRS LAM!!!
haha auntie meiling and uncle lam had their wedding anniversary last night! it was so much fun =) !! mum went to get her saree (tsk tsk...last minute ah..) then we rushed to the tailors to get it made. luckily found this really nice woman who not only fixed our sarees within 2 hours, she helped us get ready (of course we had no idea how to wear them) later when we came back to collect them. mine was green (stole mum's hehe) and mum's was blue with a rainbow drape.
new park hotel is quite nice. it was super fun!!! everyone was all dolled up and having the time of their lives. i absolutely LOVE indian sarees. david and daniel looked really handsome too!! mel was wearing a tube and i told her she looked half naked haha and -_- joel was there. ??!?!?! haha but he's quite fun to have around la. makes everyone laugh and all. haha and when he saw me arrive and he was like, "ooo you look pretty tonight" in what i suppose he thinks is a sexy voice. i was like, "sorry, i'm taken *wink* " haha and after that he was like "fine, go away, rejectionist" and went after eugenia (in an almost identical green saree). haha he was really high can. making all manner of sick jokes at the table until i wanted to slap him. haha luckily mel was on my left in between us to neutralise the evil. josh was on my right but thankfully no fireworks. he still seems to posess the incredible ability to make me angry within seconds. everyone looked wonderful!! haha and after that we had dancing and all. it was really really fun. my grandparents and parents are so hip! they were dancing and all too!! haha and uncle andrew is surprisingly good at dancing. uncle gary and auntie diane are super compatible eh. all the teens went "wahhhhh" at them dancing. haha they played footloose (is that how you spell it? it was the song the rocknroll dancers danced to on open house/teachers' day) on the ava and i was like "!!!!!!"
that's it man. my boyfriend is gonna have to be able to dance.
the wedding ceremony was really sweet. rev burke is a WONDERFUL (in caps everything) speaker. when they re-took the vows me and mel were like "i want to get married, get me a guy now!" haha but really. *starry-eyed*
stayed at the hotel with mel and luc. fun! =)
and the price was that i felt really horrible today. didnt even go for ballet. haha. sorry to all the little kids in church whom i snapped at. normally i love kids, but not today. =P
can't wait to watch just like heaven and hp4. *jumps up and down excitedly*
