Wednesday30.08.06NEW DREAM NEW DREAMhaha okay LISTEN i am very amused by this one it actually kinda makes sense in a nonsensical way. okay andrea (06v13, tkg/vj netballer), amanda (andrea's gd friend, vjnb), nicole, Zhihui, Eunice, Nazri, yirui, i THINK michelle (05v13), i THINK christine, and some people i can't remember (oh, and me, naturally) are arrested. no, don't ask me for what. it's some good-against-evil thing again and basically we're fleeing for our lives but we get caught. along with a lot a lot of others. so we're like imprisoned in this coach bus, and we don't try to get out, we just take it that we're arrested (although we try and think of ways to escape and try them and all, but not like physically bang ourselves out of the coach, which might have been smarter really). haha and basically, we're all scheduled for execution sooner or later. in the form of crossing the breadth of a HUGE swimming pool with lots and lots of crocodiles in it. (yes, i do actually have a phobia of deep swimming pools, in case you were wondering.)
on with the story. so, we're let out to get food, because the people can't be bothered to feed us and all. so, we go and buy food and stuff from a super crowded marketplace not unlike marche, and after that we return to the prison-coach as instructed (there are guards everywhere so we can't escape from the marketplace anyway). now, all these prison wardens are wearing this ugly purple-and-gold vest, and we realise that a lot of the prisoners (not a majority, but still quite a number) are actually masquarading as guards and thus escaping death. but we don't have any way to save ourselves, so we just return back to the coach. (btw, nazri's missing, but obviously we can't search for him and we're scared to say anything to the guards. haha.)
all of us are scheduled for the walk across the swimming pool, some at different times. oh yeah, and even if you make it across you're not fully free, but you can like at least try to flee once again. yup. so anyway, i make it across (actually i just find myself at the other side. haha.) and join andrea who was the first to cross. then i look back. a few people cross at the same time. each person is balancing on like sheets of paper, for some reason they don't sink but of course it's very perilous all the same. at this moment (when i look back across the water), michelle is crossing at the extreme left, then there's eunice and zhihui and alot of other prisoners i dont know in between. and nicole, who's somewhere in there too. i'm like EEEEK AHHHHH my friends' lives!!! haha anyway then we realise nazri managed to steal a prisonwarden jacket!! so like he's disguised as one of the guards, and safe on my side. that's why he was missing the day before. yeah and the guards like roam the pool making sure people don't cheat and tend to fall in and all (let's remember they're evil people haha) and so yeah. anyway nazri like helps us, using his status to make sure we're like not executed by chopping but through this croc-pool instead. and so he's walking along my side of the pool (the to-cross-over-to side) and he like passes michelle, and passes eunice, and then omg HE PUSHES NICOLE IN!!! (nicole was nearly reaching this side) *scream panic* and of course all the rest of us are helpless (not that michelle and zhi and eunice can see, actually. the waiting room people can't see either.) so actually it's just me and andrea going =O DIEEEEEE AHHHHHh kinda thing. oh, yirui also saw, from the opposite side of the pool, where he's like waiting alone in the line for his turn to cross. and all of us are really freaked out and worried for nicole haha. but at the last moment he(nazri) drags her out just as she's about to be swallowed by a crocodile. yeah. yay. every one makes it across safely (i distinctly remember zhihui carefully stepping from the last laminated-paper-lilly-pad) and then we all go back to the bus for amanda, who was scheduled for a later day and have this fight over how to escape and how evil nazri is and etc. (do you think it's something to do with mich and zhi and xtine calling him evil throughout chinese the other day? haha =/ ) oh well. oh and we all don't die in the end because i forced myself to wake up so that we wouldn't get caught AGAIN hahaha. yup! XD

Friday25.08.06firstly, i don't understand this obsession with games. i mean, i suppose everyone has this thing that they always seem to be doing, but why whenever i ask what someone is doing and they say "playing games"... never mind.
anyway, yesterday's sudoku championships rocked! haha it was really fun, kogi and i sat together and worked out the puzzles together (which is the only reason why we came in second and third in the audience round respectively, beating marianne but not louis), and yeah, it was fun! haha then we tried the puzzle that the prince and princesses were doing and just as koganti was collecting his prize i filled in the final few answers! haha yeah man we finished it XD how cool is that! only 2 out of the four winning pairs actually completely theirs, and considering that we had done the audience puzzle as well, i think we definitely would have finished in time. YEAH cool stuff.
=) go kogi! go sudoku! XD hahahahaha.
why can't a guy and a girl ever be just good friends? chunhan once told me that he had just been starting to believe it was possible, but it wasn't in the end. i always believed it, but now, i realised it may not be true, i've been wrong all this while. it's not just that they might like each other in a different way after a while, but it's also all the social stigma and gossip and all... simply because you're good friends, and good friends means spending time with the other person and caring about them, everyone assumes that there's something more going on. further more, if one of them got attached, well, how comfortable would the friendship now be, even if it's that, just a friendship? can you
really see your bf/gf being really understanding and happy about you having this other really good friend who was a boy/girl? it's possible, i mean, everyone has friends of the opposite sex. but it would still be a little uncomfortable, if they're really really close.
just a little.
and then, what if they do develop different feelings for the other, after a while? the internet is littered left right centre with tragic fairytales where people were actually attracted to each other but just never said, etc. but hey, it's true, it's valid. how often is it that the other person is truly attracted to you at the same time, and not because one first liked the other, etc? in reality, the fear of losing that friendship is a great one, a
real one, a true one. "never kiss a friend, or you will lost that friendship..."

i don't agree, but then that depends on your definition of love, demon and god, and i have a feeling we differ on all three. haha.
today, ballet ended at nine-fifty-three. PM. so, guess what time i reached home. sigh. amazingly, i still managed to cover my chem stuff since i did it during chinese and physics, and yesterday too. yay. i should try to do this kind of thing more often.
minli and ruth are CRAZY. i just love and hate watching them fouette turn. they're so damn wonderful, especially ruth who has a problematic knee and technique to die for, and minli who has a style and rhythm to kill AND die for. and, wth. most of us dancers can't even do a SINGLE pirouette reliably, let alone fouette turn, WHAT ARE THEY THINKING making everyone fouette? goodness...
im supposed to be doing a study plan but i lost my exam timetable haha WELL DONE LAURA XD

haha i have been having a lot of weird dreams lately. xinhui and michelle and some other people i cant remember have been hearing about them ahhaha iso weird =/ oh well haha the first one was about some war with lots of people dying, (with alot of teachers in it =P) a while back. then there was one nearly a week ago, about people falling from the sky and dying (where nazri accidentally kills someone and chunhan watches people die and xinhui and michelle are completely ignorant haha) and then just a couple of days back i had this other dream of xinhui and xiaoxian and shreya playing floorball and nazri trying to get people to play floorball and michelle trying to pon floorball games (i think it was after floorball finals on friday lol) and michelle and pamela and i going to kfc (don't ask =/) to hide from nazri *bsh*haha at least none of them were like real real nightmares. as in, the first two were kind of nightmares, but i was just like, "okay, people are dying", and the third one was just weird. the last time i had a real nightmare was when i dreamt of the Rapture and of my two brothers dying and myself indirectly killing alot of people by not having the courage to help them. that time, i woke up screaming for my mum.*shudders*

Chunhan is the only person i know who calls for the ball and gets it from the other team, and who scores own goals just for fun. haha. *bsh*2.
xiaoxian's pencil case completely rocks. *sigh* haha oh well. and my group rocks! yay i love shanshan, xiaoxian, koganti and jared! XD yay3.
Yirui is crazy. i hope he doesn't seriously injure himself. haha. and he's funny! and xinhui's blind without her specs! haha4.
mel rocks. yay. and im known as "mel's friend" to yijun. lol. we played with the ex-cedarians today, for some reason. it was quite fun i LOVE being GD it rocks i tell you.5.
apparently Mr Dax Young isn't on reservice tomorrow so we have elective. oops. looks like i'd better find a partner and dialogue fast! =P6.
i made michelle panic (myself too) because i thought i left my file at the ballet studio yesterday. then we realised it was in my bag. haha. ooooooops.7.
minli has muscles to die for i tell you. i don't know where she hides them on her skinny body, but she can do push-ups (guys) and static hold and various kinds of crunches for longer than, well, for a long time. seriously. when she led us at dance today, i was like WTH how come she's so skinny and can like do 8 fast and 8 slow pushups and then do another set of static holds with jumps and repeat the whole thing! X(8:
64 is a special number for dancers! haha because we count in eights and 64 is 8 x 8! haha yay.we can, we will, we must.

i'm really tired now. i suppose that's whats affecting my attitude, but it all seems so tiring. i can't figure out how chunhan and jared and yirui and all these other people get the effort to think so much, anymore. especially chunhan, who always seems to be thinking tiring thoughts, lol. i suppose some harm will come out of this don't-care attitude, but i'm so tired it doesn't really seem to matter at the moment. *smiles tiredly and yawns hugely*2.
got called out with maurice, if thats how you spell her name, in class today. to demonstrate grande jetes. it was nice, i'm really gonna work alot harder. it's past the frustration stage now, i just need to work and work. 39 days, 39 days. i just realised how close it is, we got the exam certificates today. 1315-1435, so i'll have to leave school, i guess after chinese so i wont disrupt maths, that wouldn't be nice... great. stomach in, ribcage down, chest down, chin up, butt down, spine straight, don't arch, turn out, shoulders down, thighs in, FACE, neck long, fingers long, elbows up and forward, weight forward. well done.3.
when the one person you feel like talking to isn't online, what do you do? haha. here's what: you smile, say hi to mel and maybe a couple other wonderful people, and then log off and go to sleep.goodnight.=)

Thursday10.09.06countdown: 41 days left.haha was surfing for dance studio spaces yesterday, look what i came across! *absolutely horrified and amused*Lap Dance Workshops / Courses - An Overview Lap dancing may be taught as an entire course or as a stand-alone workshop, where students will learn fun and sexy moves for that special someone we endearingly call "the lap". Expect stripping, floor work routines and contact moves designed to turn up the heat with your intended lap!This is an all-ladies course (sorry, guys), so ladies will buddy-up with their classmates and take turns to perform for the designated ‘lap’.Syllabus:1)...2)...3) You will be taught how to strip in the course, Depending on the instructor and the routine for that day, you will be advised to bring either or all of the following: a long-sleeved button-down shirt; a pullover top; and/or a skirt/ pants for stripping anyway, i was quite appalled and amused as well. lol. as a sidenote, jitterbugs singapore rocks! go sc alumni!! yay XD
