Well. D&D was fun.

And now, we are free to get down to studying! I'm curiously relieved at that prospect.

Although, considering that I basically wasted my entire Saturday today... Heh.

And yet I shall waste a bit more time blogging about D&D. But hey, after all that work, it deserves a little more wasted time than it has already claimed, I suppose.

So, rehearsal on thursday was fun. Cabbed from school =( EXPENSIVE EH. Rawrrr. Also, I realised at 3.45pm that I hadn't done my PSP pre-tutorial task, which was due on IVLE by 8pm. Thank God Phoe had reminded me! But since I had lecture from 4-6pm, and pageant rehearsal 6-8pm at Marriott, I was essentially doomed.

Sooo I basically stressed out, and spent PL2131 reading The Eye of Power and trying to do the task. Thankfully for YongHao's laptop, Phoebe and I were able to upload it just in time at the rehearsal! XD YAY! I tell you I was walking on air - actually, bouncing on it - after I'd submitted the post. Haha!

There was a minor upset when we realised Eleusis was using the same music (and same concept!) for their entrance as for ours. I was pretty upset because of the time we'd spent rehearsing and doing up the music (in YongHao's case) and the powerpoint/movie (in my/Marvin's case). But Ryan was very nice about it, so yup. Anyway, we changed to the song "Ever Ever After" from Enchanted and re-did the movie/music.

After PSP on friday, met YongHao, Haikel and Denys to re-work the end of the entrance to fit the new music. Spent an inordinately large amount of time on the final moment. *wince* But like Denys said, guess it all worked out for the best in the end. =)

Went home, slacked, went to the hairdresser's, went home, made up, went to Marriott, slacked, got dressed. (And just like that, 8 hours passed...)

Actual D&D was slightly anticlimatic, because I was pretty disappointed at having to miss all the performances as well as the other couple's entrances (Delphi was the last to enter the hall for everything). But the Greek entrance went without too many hiccups, yay!

The pageant tasks during the Geek segment were really good THANK GOD! Well crafted - such that they were interesting and entertaining, yet still pretty doable and not overtly perverse. Except for maybe Joel Kang's task. LOL.

Naomi picking up Weldon in a club:
"Hi." "May I have your ball?"(He was holding a basketball.) "The juice too?"(He was also holding a carton of sunkist orange juice.) ...

Weldon giving 5 reasons for Naomi to be Ms Olympia:
"...#2: She's pregnant. #3: I made her pregnant. #4: If you vote for her, she'll give you some of her Sunkist juice..."

Elizabeth making the cheesiest wedding vows she could to Richard...
Richard selling the USP shirt that Elizabeth was wearing...

Melissa explaining why her facebook status is "It's Complicated":
"Love, is like a bowl of wanton mee..."
(Can't remember what Jerome did! =X)

Adeline proposing to Ryan with an umbrella:
"...Will you shelter me?" *AWW moment*
Ryan picking Adeline up in the library:
"...We are both studying. In the library. Carrying umbrellas. So nice to find the same type of people here. =D ..."

YinLing serenading Joel with as many facebook terms as she could:
"Only youuuuuuu... I found you on my Friend Finder..."
Joel giving YinLing a lesson about the birds and the bees:
"...So ah, the Mummy and the Daddy hug right, then liddat right, then liddat liddat, then do a lot of times then got baby!"

Me reacting to finding Denys cheating on me:
*gasp* *gasp* "How could you do this to me?! Don't try to explain. ...can you explain?" *sob* *sob* *collapses on floor and dies*
Denys proposing to me with a PGP transponder:
"Here's the key to my heart...it doesn't look like a key but trust me it's a key. ...If you press it - err... err... then you can ...open the doors to my heart! =D ... Err, sorry I'm afraid my pants will split so I can't kneel down..." *kneels down anyway LOL*

Haha. It was fun. Then the Glam entrance was also okay. I stepped on my skirt as I was going up the stage (this teaches me not to practise walking with a long skirt) but THANK GOD didn't fall down. Phew.
